Product & Operations Analyst
What you'll own
- ■The Matchmaking: When a client submits a brief, you are the human brain figuring out which 3 consultants are the perfect fit. You'll run this manually until we automate it.
- ■The Data: You will write SQL and build internal dashboards to tell us where the business is leaking. (e.g., Why did a client reject a match? Where do consultants drop off?)
- ■The Fixes: When you find a broken process (like contracts taking too long to sign), you will write the product specs to fix it, working directly with engineering.
Who you are
- ■You have 1-3 years in an operations, analytics, or product role at a fast-paced company.
- ■You live in the data. You can write SQL from memory and build dashboards that actually drive decisions.
- ■You have strong product sense. You hate seeing broken, manual processes and have a bias for automating them.
- ■You are obsessed with the details and don't let things slip through the cracks.
