What you'll own
- ■Supply (The Consultants): You will actively hunt down the top 10% of independent consultants in India, pitch them on joining, and guide them through onboarding.
- ■Demand (The Clients): You will run cold outreach to PE firms, startup founders, and accelerators to convince them to hire through Preconsultify.
- ■The Close: You won't just pass leads to someone else. You will jump on calls with clients, understand their problem, and convince them to sign.
Who you are
- ■You have 2+ years in sales, BD, partnerships, or a founder's office role.
- ■You are relentless. You don't mind cold outreach, you handle rejection well, and you know how to write an email that gets a reply.
- ■You can hold your own in a conversation with a CEO or a Partner at a PE firm.
- ■You understand that growth is an operational discipline, not just a series of hacks.
